I selected this hotel because of the close proximity to the CU Campus. It was clean and had a unique inviting vibe. However, the room was very cold. Either the thermostat was not working or the hotel set the temperature so guest were unable to adjust. Also, the internet was sketchy which prevented downloading an TV app to watch movies.

Great location and clean. However, the hotel felt a little older and there was no views out the windows. The staff at breakfast were absolutely phenomenal and kind. Be prepared to pay for parking if you choose to bring a car. It gets expensive.

My room was spacious and clean and didn't smell of bleach or chemicals like many hotel rooms do, which I appreciated! The underground parking was so convenient and affordable. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops etc. The restaurant/bar area was good, bar staff super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. The lounge area and outdoor seating area was really nice and comfortable and modern. I would have liked a larger pool so I could actually swim more than 4 strokes before turning, also a hot tub would be nice after a long day of hiking. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a really positive experience and I would stay again, thank you!

We had a hotel room block at this hotel for our wedding last month and we were so happy with the service that we received and that our guests experienced! Carly was wonderful to work with. The hotel staff was super accommodating and Peter at the front desk helped resolved an issue we had. The managers were also excellent. The hotel itself was chic, comfortable and super clean. The outside fire pits were perfect for our late night crowd. The only thing guests did not like was the parking garage fee. It's silly to make guests pay to park when they are paying to stay at the hotel. Overall great experience and we are so glad we chose this hotel to celebrate our weekend.

Very conveniently located close to downtown boulder with loads of food and shops nearby and good connectivity with public transport. Staff were very nice as well and the hotel was bright and clean

One of the nicer hgi hotels I've stayed at. Friendly front desk team and breakfast wait staff. Parking was in basement at 22 bucks a night which seemed reasonable with easy in and out using key. There was an easy place to park car while checking in. Rooms felt big ,modern and clean. Desk space with easy access to electric plugs. HVAC good with always on fan (my fav). Shower design that has the control in a place where you don't get wet when turning it on. Location allowed me to walk around to many of the places I visited. They had my spirit animal on the wall paper too. Highly recommend this place.

This is a decent hotel with very helpful staff. It is centrally located, which is great, but if you get a room facing 28th St., be prepared for a lot of traffic noise. It’s not soundproofed very well. I had to move rooms because of it, although they were very accommodating about that. Also, if you’d like a really dark room, be advised that the light protection provided by the shades is not very good (in either room I stayed in).

Modern and loved the outdoor touches like the rock climbing ropes as decor in the entryway. Room decor was creative . Clean room. The ice machine is aggravating to use since it has a heat sensor and only one magical spot will turn it on. …
